I had the crispy pork belly banh mi and it was nothing short of delicious . The pork was crunchy and savory, as well as the bread. Veggies were fresh, especially the pickled radish. The environment was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you want an authentic banh mi. Also their drinks are really refreshing, the sugarcane one

Super authentic banh mi!! We got there late at night, so the crackling pork and rolling beef were sold out. Ended up with the grilled pork and fish bites instead, both were insanely flavorful. Can’t wait to come back and try the crackling pork and rolling beef!

I am vegetarian and saw that there was a banh mi food truck. Was so happy to see there is a vegan/vegetarian option. It is loaded with deliciousness! Fried egg, roasted eggplant and marinated tofu on top of the other ingredients! Best banh mi I’ve had! Check this place out. It’s at the Kohl’s parking lot facing Texas Avenue.

BEST VIET FOOD AND DRINKS IN CSTAT!! They have the best banh mi and their sugarcane is *chef’s kiss*. My friends and I had a great time there, bring back such memories from our beloved Saigon!!

noticed there was a new food truck near midnight cravings and decided to have a go at it - so worth !! their bánh mì is SO FILLED and so flavorful. i got the og and crackling pork and both were super yummy but preferred the og. staff are super sweet and checked in on me and my friends plenty, even gave us rice milk tea on the house which was also good. i would def recommend if you have the time to stop by and give it a try, maybe a top 5 place in cstat for me :))

I am amazed at the quality and service of a food truck in CSTAT, but this was beyond that. The service was polite and fun. We talked casually and there was no hostility despite the rush. The wait was short, yet the food was hot and delicious. My drink was also ice cold and refreshing. I expected good food, but genuinely this was the best sandwich I have ever had. Tender and refreshing in each bite. After we were pleasantly surprised to try a warm pistachio desert that was the perfect end to a great meal. I highly urge anyone to try this spot, because not only was the food out of this world, but the service is another reason to come back again and again.
